For transfer of assessee’s name in the Property Tax register. Application should be submitted to the Revenue Officer along with the following documents:-

• Self -attested photostat copy of title deed along with parent documents
• Self –attested copy of the parent documents/Link documents if necessary
• Encumbrance Certificate
• Property tax paid receipt
• Self -attested photostat copy of the patta or Town survey register record Transfer orders will be issued within 15 days from the last day of statutory period of notice issued to the present assessee by the Revenue Officer

• Collection of Development Charge
• Levying of Property Tax
• Processing of Road cutting permission
• Encroachment booking
• Processing of NOC for (i) Free Patta (ii) Government proposal & infrastructure
• Issue of Cemetery permission
• Field work related to aspects of Survey of Pondicherry Municipality
    (i) Demarcation
• Survey interpretation on court cases limited to Survey activity

Allotment of Kamban Kalai Arangam, Thidals and Community Halls reservation can be made for a date within 90 days from the date of booking. Allotment will be given on first come first served basis. However, priority will be given to the request received from Government Department in case of availability and payment of deposit along with required rent have to be made within 24 hours. The reservation register can be perused by public on demand statement will be made by the Commissioner.
